Basic network monitoring, everyday technology troubleshooting, help desk setup and routine hardware rollouts. Remote help with laptops, desktop computers, phones and software is also available.
Sourcing and fulfillment based on the item description, size, quantity and availability. Unless otherwise agreed, a minimum 7.5% service fee is added to the product cost.
Project pricing typically adds 20–50% to total direct cost for machine maintenance, wear and commercial risk. Hourly work typically falls between $75 and $125. Your quote will specify the pricing method; these are not automatically combined.
One-time initial website builds. Ongoing services, hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are outside the build unless included in your quote.
A flat bench fee covers the initial diagnostic labor and assessment, whether or not repairs or replacement parts are needed. Repairs and parts are quoted separately.
Testing for prototype PCBs, Internet of Things devices and firmware. Client-provided fixtures and software can use the agreed standard labor rate. Use of calibrated laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers or environmental chambers, is quoted at a higher rate to cover equipment overhead and depreciation. Equipment availability and the required test capability are confirmed before acceptance.
Cloud migrations for AWS or Azure, system overhauls, database administration and business network design.
Technology strategy, cybersecurity auditing, AI/LLM integration engineering and regulated compliance readiness, including SOC 2, HIPAA and PCI. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.
